My experience with this product has been very disappointing. After a short period of use, the front closure, which secures the attachments for different types of pasta, cracked. I tried to obtain a replacement part through the seller, but was told that such a part is not available.

I then contacted the manufacturer in Germany directly, but received no response. Since the product is still under warranty, I submitted a claim, yet after more than a month I have not received any reply.

As a result, the machine worth €120 is now unusable because of a small part that the manufacturer cannot even provide. I consider this to be very poor customer service from both the manufacturer and the seller. I trusted this brand, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend it.

Mi experiencia con este producto ha sido muy decepcionante. Tras un breve uso, el cierre frontal, que fija los accesorios para diferentes tipos de pasta, se agrietó. Intenté conseguir una pieza de repuesto a través del vendedor, pero me dijeron que no estaba disponible. Contacté directamente con el fabricante en Alemania, pero no recibí respuesta. Como el producto aún está en garantía, presenté una reclamación, pero después de más de un mes no he recibido respuesta. Como resultado, la máquina, que cuesta 120 €, ahora está inutilizable debido a una pequeña pieza que el fabricante ni siquiera puede proporcionar. Considero que esto es un servicio al cliente muy deficiente, tanto por parte del fabricante como del vendedor. Confiaba en esta marca, pero después de esta experiencia, ya no puedo recomendarla.

Not very happy with my purchase. The reason item was bought was because of the thin extruder attachment. When
Looking at the attachment it’s not all thin. It’s a mixture of big and small holes., there is not much difference between the extruder with the normal holes. I also find the machine not extruding properly . It can be a lengthy process. I have emailed for a return but not heard back. I would keep the item if an extra thin disc attachment is provided.

No estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra. Compré el artículo por el accesorio de extrusión delgado. Al observar el accesorio, se ve que no es del todo delgado. Es una mezcla de agujeros grandes y pequeños; no hay mucha diferencia entre el extrusor con agujeros normales. Además, la máquina no extruye correctamente. Puede ser un proceso largo. Envié un correo electrónico para solicitar una devolución, pero no he recibido respuesta. Me quedaría con el artículo si incluyeran un accesorio de disco extrafino.

Ich bin wirklich zufrieden mit der Pastamaschiene. Die Nudeln, die daraus entstehen, schmecken fantastisch! Es ist einfach, verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen auszuprobieren, und das Gerät lässt sich problemlos auseinandernehmen und reinigen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
